CHARDIKALA Wellness Foundation

Building healthier communities through movement, education and access.

CHARDIKALA Wellness Foundation creates accessible opportunities for our community to move, learn from trusted experts, connect with one another, and access the resources, employment support and events that help people thrive — across Surrey and the Lower Mainland.

Our Mission

Wellness should not depend on your income, age, background or starting point.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to move, learn and build healthier habits in a supportive community. CHARDIKALA Wellness Foundation works to remove the financial, physical, educational and social barriers — from affordable fitness to trusted expert knowledge, employment support and community connection — that can prevent people from accessing the opportunities they need to thrive.

Our Four Pillars

Turning our mission into action.

Everything CF does sits under one of four pillars — the same framework that shapes our programs, our funding, and how we measure impact.

Pillar 01

Move

Community boot camps, walking groups, beginner fitness, mobility, strength, women-focused wellness, youth fitness, senior movement, family activity and community fitness challenges.

Pillar 02

Learn

Education, expert access and opportunity — bringing qualified professionals into the community for accessible education and open Q&A sessions.

Pillar 03

Connect

Community events, relationships and local business participation — signature experiences that give people a reason to come together.

Pillar 04

Support

Building the financial engine that funds community work — monthly donors, business partnerships, event sponsorships, corporate sponsors, grants and major donors.

Community Expert Network — Learn Pillar

Learn from people who know.

CF brings qualified professionals into the community for practical, accessible education — usually 20–30 minutes of education followed by open Q&A. CF connects people with qualified experts; it does not itself provide immigration, legal, financial or medical advice.
